Introducing- Rated-WOW! Orkut Community Show Case

Description

After the success of OrkutHeroes.com a blog which is dedicatedly featuring some outstanding people by publishing there interviews on orkutheroes.com we now stepping forward to feature some best communities, community owners and members of those communities in our another community Rated-wow which is same like our parent community Orkut’s Hall of Fame.

We will search and explore different communities in any categories provided by orkut.com and will invite the owner and some active community members to join us on rated-wow to have some words with us about there community, at the end, we will write a review and an article related to the Rated-wow community in our blog orkutheroes.com’s new category “orkut community showcase”.

Aim

We believe that orkut’s communities are the main and most important part of life for those who have learned, taught or helped many orkut members by making a useful, informative and entertaining communities, This tag “rated-wow” is nothing but a small honor which we would like to give to those community owner’s, mods and active members for there great contribution and time for making something useful from social networking.

FAQ

How we will select communities?

The selection of the communities for rated-wow community show case is going to be by keeping in mind different points and activities going on inside the selected community. Though we cant disclose our exact procedure and way of selection but we will try to look out every points we can gather to make that community rated-wow.

Can my community get rated-wow?

Yes, but not sure. We strictly wont entertain anyone who will ask his or her community to select as rated-wow, we will invite the respective owners when we will explore there community and if it comes under our criteria then we will do the needful.

What about those who have more than 1 community?

We are newly launching this concept and will try our best to do fair judgment as things will comes in front of us, so, for now we are going to review and feature only 1 community of an owner even he or she has owned more than 1 community and many of his community comes under rated-wow we will not select those.

What about those communities which already rated-wow in past?

They will remain in our database as rated-wow but we will not feature any old communities now.

Among the 6 rated-WOW! communities reviewed for the month of July 2008, OrkutHeroes.com author's chose one community to be under the category of Author's Choice, that community is Man United Fan's Forever, this community was submitted by the community moderator and very active and helpful member of MAN United community on orkut.com, Rahul Sinha. We like to congratulate Rahul, the respected owner of the community Kishlay and all other members and mods for this achievement and for a very outstanding community.

Author's Choice- Best of RATED-WOW!

Here we came up with a very new concept to reward the best among 6 Rated-WOW! Communities. As you know that Rated-WOW! Community on orkut give reviews on different orkut communities submitted by there owners or moderators and with careful research, experience and keeping some points on highlight our reviewers gives there reviews.

Now authors of orkutheroes.com will choose one best community among 6 Rated-WOW! Communities and write a brief article on it which will be published on orkutheroes.com, a blog dedicated to some extra ordinary people with there extra ordinary talent and activities on popular social networking site orkut.com.

Who are the authors of Orkut Heroes?

Anukriti Sharma is a 21 year old blogger, writer, poet and photographer from Delhi who is a dedicated author of orkut heroes web blog.

Sahiba Puri a 21 year old scorpion is a student of business management and a very good writer and author of orkut heroes.

Where is zazo?

As zazo is already reviewing communities on Rated-WOW! Community, he will not going to participate in Author’s choice.

Before submitting the community for a review on RATED-WOW! Please read carefully the terms and rules to be followed. By following the terms and conditions you are helping us in serving more better with constant improvement and perfection as we move ahead to our goal, and our goal is to make orkut communities more better place for learning, networking, helping , entertaining and other great purposes for society and orkut.

In no way RATED-WOW! Community, owners of Rated-WOW!, moderators or a reviewers are related to orkut’s official staff, Google or any of the Google owned website.

We respect and carefully follow every terms and conditions of orkut.com and expect same from the members of Rated-WOW! Community too, if we find anyone breaking any terms and condition of orkut then a serious action will be taken.

Rated-WOW! Community did not guarantee nor responsible for the authenticity of any content posted by the members of orkut.com on forums of RATED-WOW!

Message containing spam, bad slang, arrogant languages or insulting remarks to the members, reviewers, mods or owner will be deleted and banning of the member will be the next possible result.

We understand that you love your community and expect good things to be written for it but you should also understand that to improve any organization or work etc. critics are the best friends so please don’t take the negative reviews as a personal insult or embarrassment and help us to help you.

We are limited reviewers who can manage our precious time writing reviews of communities every month, its not possible for us to rate more than 6 communities WOW! But we can give our assurance to increase this number in near future.

Please have patience if the reviewing is taking time and understand that 2 people cant make things possible when you are giving dead lines and pressure but this is a promise that you will get your community review in 1 month.

As told above that we take 6 communities every month to be listed on orkutheroes.com, we believe in first come first serve so when the submission thread for any particular month started please try to submit your community fast because we will review every community according to the submission date and time in this case it is possible that last community which could be Rated-WOW! Is not in the list.

Communities based on sex, hatred, hacking, alcoholic beverages, drugs, smoking, terrorist organizations are not allowed for submission on Rated-WOW!

We are not good to review any community based on religion, we respect every religion and believe that those communities which are totally based on there respected religion doesn’t need any reviews. So please don’t submit communities related to religion or religious issues.

In past we did review some non-English communities but now we are not allowing any community which is not in English, we have no problem with languages but English is globally known and understand by the majority of people in this world.

Don’t submit the community which is not yours now you are moderator or a co-owner of that community.

Submit only 1 community at one time and one month.

The Rated-WOW! Community is one of the most authentic and genuine community on social networking site orkut.com which encourage other orkut community owners to submit there communities for a fair review based on there community look & description, content & member’s activities and moderation, check the link. This will help community owners to understand the pros and cons of there community which will help them to make more better community for members and those who are willing to join it. Rated- WOW! Is a “tag” given to those communities who are outstanding in terms of looks, feel, content, members, all over statistics and moderation. Later the communities which are rated-WOW! Are linked to the popular blog dedicated to some real heroes of orkut OrkutHeroes.com.

Reviewers

At present Rated-WOW! Community has 2 dedicated reviewers who give there precious time studying and researching every best of there caliber to write a very fair and non-partial reviews on the communities submitted.

Saumya Gupta: Himself a community owner who owns more than 20 communities on orkut and popularly known for his community “send scrap to all” with 100,000 members but now this community is no more, Saumya is also serving community owners of orkut by creating a community for all community owners to provide them guidance, advises, knowledge and tips regarding managing big-small communities on orkut. Saumya is also featured on orkutheroes.com as one of the first among other orkut heroes since the blog orkutheroes.com started in mid march 2008.

Zazo: He is very well known to many orkut members as an owner and interviewer of orkutheroes.com though not so old worm of orkut zazo managed to make good relationships and friends on orkut by creating a community “Orkut’s Hall of Fame”. Being into 100s of different forum message boards and communities outside orkut zazo is an active member of different forums and has experienced of managing forum communities from last 3 years. Though non of his forums are active now zazo is busy giving more from his experience through his blog www.forumfunda.blogspot.com
